Qualifikationen - Das würde uns begeistern

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Python-Entwicklung komplexer Systeme
Erfahrung in Software-Architektur und Design-Patterns für skalierbare Systeme
Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse-Frameworks (NumPy, Pandas) und idealerweise erste ML-Erfahrung
Erfahrung mit IoT-Integrationen (MQTT, Modbus) oder Bereitschaft, sich einzuarbeiten
Interesse an energietechnischen Zusammenhängen und prozessorientiertes Denken
Hands-on Mentalität für den Aufbau von Grund auf
Kommunikationsstärke und Affinität zur Führung eines Teams
Begeisterung für nachhaltige Energiesysteme
Mindestens Deutsch oder Englisch fließend

What awaits you

Development of the MVP for an innovative, cross-sector energy management system
Defining the architecture for our control platform and developing scalable software components for energy system integration
Implementation of optimisation algorithms for intelligent energy flows between electricity, heat and mobility as well as the energy market
Guiding / mentoring new developers in team growth and building our development standards and processes
Growth to Tech Lead role in building our development team
A dynamic start-up environment with flat hierarchies and the opportunity to play an active role in shaping the energy transition

Qualifications - That would inspire us

Several years of experience in Python development of complex systems
Experience in software architecture and design patterns for scalable systems
Knowledge of data analysis frameworks (NumPy, Pandas) and ideally some ML experience
Experience with IoT integrations (MQTT, Modbus) or willingness to familiarise yourself with them
Interest in energy technology contexts and process-orientated thinking
Hands-on mentality for building from the ground up
Strong communication skills and affinity for leading a team
Enthusiasm for sustainable energy systems
Affinity for leading a team
At least fluent in German or English
